Just some things that I think are great ideas. Have any? I know you do. My list changes with each phase of my life. Ever come up with any of the same ones?
· Vegetarian Drive-Thru
(Healthy Fast Food)
· Late Night Dessert/Popcorn/Nachos & Movie Delivery
(I cannot believe that someone has not cashed in on this yet!!!)
· Women's Underwear That Opens At The Sides
(For quick easy changing without the pants and shoes situation)
· Childcare at malls, theme parks, and resorts
· A Child Mode Button For Cellphones
(They have airplane and silent mode but what about when you need to hand them your
cellphone in a desperate-for-entertainment situation and they end up calling 911 or assorted
contacts in your phone book . . . . . woops!!!)
· Adult Daycare
(For lonely retirees or the elderly that just need company?)
· Built-In Garbage Compartments For Cars
(They have all other kinds of built in compartments, holders and nooks and such, what about
an inconspicuous garbage drawer, bag or bin?)
· Playgrounds For Adults : The Outdoor Typical Type AND Indoor With Trampolines And
Inflatables (Hey, I'd still love to play on half the stuff at children's playgrounds but it's mostly
too dang small and all the other mothers frown on me pushing their kids out of the way when
I want a turn. Why should kids get all the fun?)
· Personalized Cesareans
(Why do the vaginal birthers get all the perks? I think it would be much more pleasant if you
could have your own cd or mp3 player being played, your own pick of gown, hat and slippers
for the O.R., AND having the option to have your baby handed to you to nurse right away and
letting hubby cut the cord too. Not fair at all. Maybe even aromatherapy, movie playing on
ceiling, etc. Something has to change, it's so cold, scary and sterile for us section mothers!)
*OH GOD, maybe even custom shave designs? Like my husband's initials or a heart? lol*
· Traveling Spa/Hair Stylist For Post-Partum Mommies Hospital Rooms?
(You know those feet, hands and hair are most likely pretty pathetic at the end of pregnancy,
why not be good to yourself before the next few grueling weeks at home when self care
becomes a privilege and novelty? Get your mani, pedi and haircut before you head home.)
· Adjustable Maternity/Post-Partum Shoes
(OK, this is just ridiculous. I WILL NOT wear my husbands slippers to the first few baby's
check-ups after this birth. Again, cannot believe nobody has come up with this yet. Luckily, I
have a summer PG and can wear men's flip flops on my swollen dogs. My mother cut up a pair
of generic Croc-type shoes for me to wear after I had Little Buddy, BUT I did not get them for
a week or two. I had to walk from the wheelchair to the car in bitter Midwest January weather
in SOCKS!!!)
· Birth Control Pills FOR MEN!!!
Hey, don't laugh. I have either desperately needed or desired all of these at one time or another. Got anything for me?

Well, except for the custom c-section. Don't know anything about that.
Yep, even male birth control. Most birthing centers have an available masseuse. See? You are brilliant!
not that it is much help to you, but my local supermarket has childcare for while you are in that shop, if the kids are over 3. they have a toilet instore too, very handy will little ones who insist they dont need to go until the shopping trolley is fully stocked.
i also thought of a rubbish compartment in the car or at very least a rubbish packet hock? they have sunglass holder, drink holders, phone chargers and ashtrays...only like 15% of the population smoke! i am pretty sure like 100% have some sort of trash
I love the playgrounds for adults concept! That would be awesome! Trampolines are so much fun.
Well, I guess I should have maybe said that they are more of a standard or common. When I typed many of these I knew that there are ways or places that may or do have them BUT not here or not easily obtained. Like the women's underwear, have to order online and I'm sure they are all sexy and whatnot, just want to go to Walmart and buy a big pack of cotton side fastening undies. The adult playground, probably have it for spring breakers in some exotic party place for the drunkin little fools. I just cannot imagine why these ALL are not totally more common and everywhere. I live in a place that has just about everything near one of the biggest cities in the nation and there are few or none of these available for me locally :( Just surprised that they aren't much bigger than they are.
Great list and there are some Adult Daycare centers near our house, thank goodness.
Ikea furniture also has childcare which my kiddos loved because of the ballpit.
