On Daddy's Pillow

Over the last few months of my pregnancy I have had Little Buddy nap with me in our bed in Cop Dad's spot once in awhile. It is very nice but does not always work. That plus I cannot stop staring at him as he sleeps. I was laying next to him the other day and he was so wiped out but but all I could do was look at him. I grabbed my cell phone and took this photo and sent it to Cop Dad at work. What is so mesmerizing about watching your children sleep? I hope once we are 4 instead of 3 we will still be able to take a nap together once in awhile.

He is so beautiful. I love to watch my boys sleep too, even now that they are almost 12 and going on 15 y/o!!

Thanks Martha & Slamdunk :)

CW - I know, the lip was all squished there against the pillow. There was a toddler sized stream of drool running down too. Tee! Hee!

Well, the picture explains it all! For me, it's so enjoyable to see them so peaceful since my kiddies are always so active when they're awake that I too enjoy watching them sleep.

I'm sure you'll be able to still take naps with both kiddies, but then you REALLY won't get any sleep because then you have two slumbering angels to look at!

Thanks Natalie,
Glad you are diggin' my blogging. I am off my feet/cankles lately and it has been nice little outlet for me. I think of all kinds of little things to blog about. Then I think some might feel like, "What now? Didn't you have that baby yet?" Ha! Anyway, I imagine you will all get a nice big break from me once the baby comes on Friday (if not before)?

L&P,
Ain't that the truth. I think why it's so mesmerizing cause when they are awake it's nonstop movement, noise, etc. Gives you a better chance to appreciate them when they aren't climbing on you and demanding one thing after another :)
