Several of the older relatives that died before I could really know them and appreciate them.

Medium sized older house on a big lot either in a quiet neighborhood or semi-country just outside of town, when I retire I'd love to live way up in the mountains away from everything.

Garlic in cooking, homemade brownies, my baby, lavender, real anise, cinnamon, springtime, lilacs, vanilla extract, sweet smell of a country field, cedar lumber, lawn mowing, new school supplies, spiced cider, coffee, summer grilling, freshly washed sheets, rain, cabbage cooking, freshly painted room, Tango (right after a bath), I could go on I am very smell oriented.
